Returns and Exchanges

At knitCircle, your satisfaction is our priority! If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund or exchange it for another product. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of the purchase date for domestic orders (Thailand), and within 14 days for international orders.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include tags and packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior written communication.

Once your return has been inspected and approved, we will provide an Exchange or Store Credit. Please remember that sale items and discounted merchandise are Final Sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

• knitCircle is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return process. For added security, we recommend using a carrier that offers tracking.

• All fees associated with a return or exchange (e.g., shipping, duties, or taxes) are the customer’s responsibility. For exchanges, an additional re-shipping fee and re-stocking fee will apply, which may vary by item.
